Shawn was a flat out stud in college. His jumper was as pure as anybody's.

A good basketball player who never really got a chance to shine in the NBA. He handled his cancer in a classy way. That's how I like to remember Respert as a basketball player.

Shawn was awesome b-ball player. With a great set of morals and values. His knowledge of the game is going to take him far. I wish him the best.

Shawn was great, the same condition that threatened his life is what took his uncle's life. The Rev T.G. Respert here in Atlanta.
