Michael Jackson was a freshman starter at the point guard position for the Georgetown Hoyas. In 1984, Jackson, Patrick Ewing, and the rest of the Hoyas team beat out Houston for the NCAA Championship. Drafted by the New York Knicks in the 1986 NBA Draft, Jackson was waived several months later, but went on to play with the Sacramento Kings from 1987-90. Jackson is the owner of Port City Java (a coffee house franchise) in Asheville, North Carolina.
