Actually Big Will IS an AWESOME guy. And that's coming from someone who knows him better than anyone. Memories - we used to have some good times.

Bedford is a decent guy and was a friend from our days at Messick and until he left for the pros. Bedford we lost touch after you went pro, but I still follow you and I see you need a new start from an old source. When you get out you need to come back to Memphis and get grounded again. Maybe your experiences can help a lot of kids who are going down that same path.

Bedford is a personal friend of mine from Memphis, Tn. This is an awesome guy who was not very experienced to inter into this big ol' world coming from lil Memphis. He got into things that he was not use to and it got him, that's how the devil works. He knew Bedford was awesome so he tempted him with things he knew he couldn't handle. This is my friend and I stand behind him. I still love you and I wish you and your family well. Kathy Smith Melrose c/o 84.

Sadly Bedford had all the talent in the World but tooted his way out of the Association. The Pistons kept him on the roster for a couple of years and he never became an intergal part of the rotation.

Bedford came in the era where Bias died of an OD and didn't have the talent that Roy Tarpley had who would get chance after chance because of his addiction to the chach.

I wish he would have worked out and could have been the guy to fill the shoes of Laimbeer and Buddah when they were finishing up their careers.
