ImagePete Cross experienced a short-lived NBA career. Drafted as the 23rd pick overall in the 1970 NBA Draft by the Seattle Supersonics, the highlight of his 3 year career was in his rookie season as the Sonics leading rebounder (949 rebounds in 79 games).

Cross suffered from mild seizures since 1971, which may have been linked to his unexpected death on January 2, 1977. He was 28 years old.

The Draft Review remembers Pete Cross.
