I remember when you played at De Paul, I was at most of of your games in while you were there. You were a great player. You played with my friend Joe Ponsetto

I never purposely injured Ron, we were roommates, traveling buddies and I considered him my best friend. I wanted the best for him. He came down on my foot while we were playing one on one and sprained his ankle in the summer of 1975. The following year he averaged 19.3 per game.
I have often wondered why Ron or I have not been inducted into the De Paul Hall of Fame. I was the seventh all time scorer in school history when I graduated( at 5'-8')and no 3-point line. Ron's career total are a 100 points higher.
Yes, he would have been a great pro.

ron norwood broke george mikan's scoring record at depaul university(single season)from his guard position and sometimes was the leading rebounder scorer along with assist in the same game!why is he not in there hall of fame.
